Returns Eligibility

  • Fragile décor items if damaged due to improper handling after delivery

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

  • Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Share clear photos/videos of the product and packaging for verification.
  • Once approved, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.

Return Process

  1. Submit a return request through our website or customer support.
  2. Once approved, our team will arrange a pickup or guide you on return shipping.
  3. Products must pass our quality check after being received.

Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days after inspection.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or store credit.

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect product.
  • If reverse pickup is not available in your location, you may be asked to self-ship the product.

Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.
  • If the requested item is unavailable, a refund or store credit will be issued.

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch.
  • Once shipped, cancellation requests will be treated as returns.
