Estimated Delivery Time

  • Metro Cities: 3–6 business days
  • Non-Metro / Remote Areas: 5–10 business days
  • Delivery timelines may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

Packaging

  • Clothing items are packed securely to maintain hygiene and quality.
  • Home décor items, especially fragile products, are carefully packaged to prevent damage during transit.

Tracking Orders

  • Once your order is shipped, a tracking link will be shared via email or SMS.
  • You can track your shipment until it reaches your doorstep.

Delivery Attempts

  • Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to two times.
  • If the delivery is unsuccessful due to incorrect address or unavailability, the order may be returned to us.
